Their performance at Coachella last night was brilliant. I've been waiting to see them since the Zarcorp days, and I am so glad that they finally got the chance to come to California. Meeting them afterwards was excellent as well. They are very nice fellows.

Agreed!
I was surprised the tent wasn't more packed though. I was afraid at first to get too close up front because I didn't have the energy to fight my way back out. But that didn't turn out to be a problem.
I always feel weird about meeting bands, because what will I say to them?
But they were super nice and easy to chat with. I think I rambled a bit.

Yeah. I was up at the front, right in the center. At one point, I felt like Sam was going to jump into the crowd, but he didn't.

They really were easy to talk to, but I couldn't think of much to say other than I was glad that they came to America and that they played an excellent show, etc. I can't wait for them to return.

Were you there when those two random guys showed up pretending to be them? That was pretty weird, but luckily they left, and LOTP showed up a few minutes later. Too bad Faley didn't show up when I was there.

I thought he was going to jump in the crowd as well.
I think I only managed to ramble because I was so tired and a little delirious from the heat. And I went out there alone, so I'd had no one but myself to talk to for 3 days.
I was not there when those two random guys showed up! What happened?
I asked Potter where Faley was, and he told me he had taken some peyote and run off into the desert. :P

Haha. I asked if Faley was coming and Ross simply said he didn't know and asked the other guys where he was. My friend asked what Late of the Pier meant and Sam responded "Faley's always late". I thought it was funny.

Anyway, Yeah. These guys show up and these 2 kids go up to get the cd signed, and the guys actually sign it, and my friends and I try to warn them that it's not Late of the Pier, and the two guys got all ticked off and walked away. Security didn't know any better, and we had to let them know that those guys were not in the band. A few minutes later, Potter, Sam, and Ross walk in and we tell them what happened, and all is well again.

It was an eventful night.

sounds beautiful. if you ever meet them again, talk to faley or potter, and talk rubbish, they will talk rubbish back and you will bond over rubbish.
