I think it's a shame that people of the same gender aren't allowed to give each other compliments without have to tack "but I'm not gay" onto the end of it.

I think it is fine for the same gender to go out with the same gender etc..
Just people assume you are once you make a comment about some the same gender.

I wasn't saying you were being homophobic, I was just commenting that it is a very sad state of affairs that people jump to such conclusions.
