It's absolutely brilliant is what it is, wish there was a better quality one. There's also a new song called Moonhead but no bootlegs just yet. I'm wetting my pants over these songs right now, not coming back to the UK til spring though urghhhh
Same, wish I had gone to the gig but it was on a thursday dawwwwwwwwww
OK, it's not hatred, that's far too strong a word. I just find them dull and, well, find the adulation of them perplexing.
I mean, am I missing something? If I am, please explain to me what it is that you find so great or appealing about them.
Because they are often mentioned hand in hand with LOTP and I find that mystifying. (It did actually put me off investigating LOTP for some time.)
The first time I heard a LOTP song I was just utterly sucked in, by the energy and the excitement, and this feeling that, literally, at any moment ANYTHING could happen. Like the songs were these endless unfolding surprises that just really kept me hooked to see what on earth they would come up with next.
Klaxons just couldn't hold my attention long enough to get to the end of the song.
What am I failing to hear or see? Explain to me, please.

ignoring the Klaxons hatred
Hah! If I wasn't starting uni I was actually gonna go to Holland to see them and stay with my friend (Immy on this very board I believe!) because I'd just been paid enough to fund six journeys there and back, I wanted to be there for the first playing of their new material - now that is fanboying to the max.
When I first heard Gravity's Rainbow and Atlantis it was just mindblowing, as Hewett said there really wasn't much like it around at the time. There still isn't, really.
