I love the beatles. I went on a school trip to this beatle thing in liverpool and I swear to god I nearly had heart attack.

I'm into some depressing bands like Joy Divison/New order, White Lies and The Horrors to name a few.

I'm also into electro kind of sounding bands like Friendly Fires and LOTP.

But I'm in love with MGMT and the klaxons:D

ahhh cool. Well obviously if your hugely influenced by the beatles, try and get one of the violin basses that Paul plays.
To get the real, beatle - esq sound.

However with the synth I'd say it doesn't matter what one you get, as long as it isn't anything too professional like a moog. My first synth is a Korg R3 and i got on fine with it, it's still pretty new to me anyway

haha the horrors new song is fantastic, sea inside a sea i think its called.

I'm loving the use of the old moog synthesizer, the whole song sounds so 80's!

I do love a bit of The Horrors :D
Like LOTP most of the gigs end up in riots, or thats my experience.

I feel very fortunate never to have experienced a riot at any of the LOTP or Horrors gigs I've been to.

If they're the best, why am I lucky? S:

I wouldn't like it, anyway. People jumping around enjoying themselves is great. If you can call it a riot, it's probably going to ruin my evening.

I play synthesizers and bass guitar, I did play regular guitar once but I got bored of it, although I do still play some acoustics sometimes.
