Late Of The Pier

Sorry this is a bit of a rant, there isn't really a technical issues section.

I have bought the following form the zarcorp shop (last month) and it hasn't arrived, the payment has gone through, but I have received nothing.

SATW CD single
SATW 7" vinyl
SATW 12" vinyl

Heartbeat single bundle.


It said it was all in stock, but i have o word on where my order is. at all.
Ive scanned the zarcorp shop and site, there is no contact addresses foir any problems, Ive even asked click and buy (the payment website it takes you to) and they say to contact zardcorp. And I can't.

I feel kind of done over. i hope it's not a screw job, and they have just forgotten or dont hve my order, at least a refund would be nice.




Can anyone help? anyone who I should contact? It's disappointing to be honest.

they should do!Well, I say "they", it's most likely Faley that'll read it. But yeah, they should, especially with important stuff like this :/

You can check whether they're read it or not, in the sent mail bit. if they've read it, i'd assume that they're either just going to ignore what you've said or they're working on it. if they havent read it, you're just gonna have to wait :/

it says unread, so there's still hope :p

I bought a CD single of Heartbeat which said that it was autographed, but I got it in the post and there were no autographs on it, so I posted it back to Faley and I've never had anything back, promise after promise I've still not had anything back and this is months on

Im a big fan of LOTP but I'm really really not amused :/

hmmm, just had a look through my vinyls and there was the bit of paper showing what you've ordered

...it says 'If you experience any problems with yer order then email - support@emusu.com '

When I emailed them about something I had missing they sent it prettey quick, with some extra's actually...seemed to be from EMI

well It has been since early June this year since I ordered my things.

Still haven't heard anything.
Seriously miffed.

Just sent an email to support@emusu or whatever.

I think i sent them one a while back but they said they will "inform the dispatchers"

But nothing happened.

I have even messaged Faley twice on the LOTP Myspace and haven't got a thing back.

I also ordered the Heartbeat bundle a few weeks back, and reading this I'm doubtful if it will ever arrive D=

Still waiting......been over a year. I am not amused tbh, am a huge fan of LOTP, I feel really let down though! feel like I've been fucked over :/

Well, I DID receive a CD that I ordered through Zarcorp, but it didnt have the autographs on it that were promised, so I sent a msg to Faley on myspace, and he said "sure, send it back and we'll sort something out", so I send it to the address he gave me, and low and behold, not had anything back despite numerous promises

Really really not happy about this, my favourite band fucking me over is not brilliant tbh.
