ALBUM SUCKED.

They're still good live tho, at least if they leave the orchestra at home.

Loved the singles, thought the album was a bit dry and let down on it's promise but. Although i still felt compelled to listen to it and most of it grew on me, loved the brass, without it the songs would have sounded even drier. I got into them about the same time i started listning to LOTP so i sort of connect the two.
And one more thing, who's heard their cover of Hollaback girl they did for XFM, it's on that fansite already mentioned and although the joke of doing covers of mainstream pop actually losing it's entertainment, this one actually stretches it into something great. Takes about 15 minutes of song and turns into a two minute mantra, it's brilliant, they should re-record it and put it out as their next single actually. I do think they've are a great band aand should deliver a classic album one day with a bit of patience

i love the album, felt tron and olympic airwaves were a bit weak though.
and they have some excellent b-sides - dearth, brazil is here!, gold gold gold etc.

not seeing them this winter as ive seen them like 4 or 5 times this year and it bores me seeing the same setlist over and over.
